They make the process so easy and convenient. The salesman Jon was great to work with, they didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot so they brought it over from the other location, it was ready for my to pick up the very next day and I was in and out of there within an hour. The service department is also fantastic to work with every time I had my other two previous vehicles from them in for regular maintenance.
My daughter is away for college and needed her jeep checked out (engine light and overheating). It was super easy to make an appointment quickly and online, and they were great with calling us with the repair to discuss that and next steps. We will have her definitely go there from now on.

After negative experience with lack of return phone calls, no response to automated message, then hearing that the website shouldn’t accept an appt starting at 5 pm..all poor experiences, my rep I dealt with when I showed up for my appointment was fantastic. Got me in and out quickly

Everything was good until sales manager changed his mind on a $200.00 accessory that the sales person agreed would be in the deal. Numerous phone calls with sales and they said the accessory was ordered and would be mailed. 3 months later and nothing. Lied to my face.

Instead of proceeding further in fear of damage, they seized service. I am grateful for that or else I possibly could have had a bigger issue than necessary. Very happy with the service friendly personality the only mistake they installing new brake front and back but they not fixed the emergency brake before sold the truck to me i realized it when i lift the truck to change the back tires

I was sold my 2020 jeep at a different dealership and the gas cap light and check engine light was on when purchased and told I had to drive it for it to go off !!! Overall we had a good experience at this dealership. I was a little disappointed with the lack of detailing they did on the inside of the car before we picked it up. Found lots of dog hair and mud on and between the seats.
This dealership always makes it easy and enjoyable to upgrade into something new for anyone. Travis A. and Tyler G. made my visit exciting and painless while I got into a new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to everyone I come across and can send that way.

Brought my 2024 Ram in for an inspection. Shortly after getting to the waiting room a service team member called my name and had a cabin air filter in his hand and said it was quite dirty and asked if I wanted them to replace it, I approved the replacement. When cashing out for my 21.00 inspection I was surprised to hear my total of 67.00. I understand payment for the filter but was charged 18.00 labor for a filter that was already removed and would have to have been put back in either way. I took my car in to get serviced and when the mechanic took it for a test drive, another driver on the road crashed into my car and totaled it (no one was injured). Transitowne took a stance of absolutely no responsibility and very little information. For a week, I called trying to get information on a police report and steps of insurance. No one called me back until I started yelling and demanding for information. No one even apologized. Brought my truck in for an oil change and was informed I had an oil leak. Staff assured me that they we able to get my vehicle back in proper working order before the end of the day. They also provided me with different options to get my bill taken care of. Excellent service and dealer.

Always a good experience here! Bought my car from them, got my 1st oil change on them....had some scratches on the door and by trunk they had someone touch those marks up at no cost to me. Cheaper oil change than I have had in years so will be going to them opposed to my other places I have gone too
This was my best car buying experience ever. We were in and out in less than two hours, and with a new DMV sticker to boot! Now my wife and I feel safer with our daughter in her new Jeep Patriot, and just in time for four wheel season. Thank you Tyler and Travis for your amazing customer service.
